1. Your agreement with QUZIA
By creating an account, accessing, or using the QUZIA app or website (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Additional terms presented for a particular feature may apply to that feature.
The Service is designed for social discovery and conversation. QUZIA does not promise a particular match, relationship, experience, or outcome.
2. Eligibility
QUZIA is for adults aged 18 or older. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and must not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. You may not use an account that has been suspended or terminated for a serious violation without our permission.
You are responsible for providing accurate age and account information. We may restrict or close an account if we reasonably believe its user is under 18 or otherwise ineligible.
3. How QUZIA works
QUZIA offers short question rounds about everyday habits, relationships, preferences, and hypothetical situations. After a round, the Service may match you with two other users to form a group of three. Group members may compare answers, chat, and use available communication features at their own pace.
Your answers and profile details may be shown to people with whom you are matched as part of the group experience. Please do not submit information you are unwilling to share with those people. Matches, groups, and features may vary by region, availability, and product changes.
QUZIA is not an emergency service, identity-verification service, or background-check service. Use judgment when interacting with others, especially before sharing personal information or meeting offline.
4. Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not share, sell, or transfer your account. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from our own failure to use reasonable security. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If account creation is available, account deletion must be available through the app; you may also contact us about deletion and data rights through the Privacy Policy. Deleting an account may remove access to messages, groups, and other content associated with it, subject to lawful retention and the rights of other users.
5. Community conduct
Use QUZIA respectfully and lawfully. You must not:
- harass, threaten, bully, stalk, exploit, impersonate, or discriminate against anyone;
- share illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, deceptive, or otherwise abusive material;
- publish another person’s private information or intimate content without permission;
- send spam, scams, unsolicited commercial messages, or malicious links;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- use bots, scraping, unauthorized access, malware, or other means to interfere with the Service or its users; or
- evade blocks, moderation decisions, or account restrictions.
Do not use QUZIA to solicit minors or to arrange unlawful activity. Follow applicable law and respect the boundaries of other people in every group and conversation.
6. Content you share
You remain responsible for the answers, profile information, messages, images, audio, video, and other material you submit (“Your Content”). You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it.
You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant QUZIA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, reproduce, display, and technically adapt Your Content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the Service and make it available to the users with whom you choose to interact. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from active systems, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for legal obligations, safety, dispute resolution, technical backups, or content already shared with others outside our control.
Other users may see, save, or share information you choose to disclose to them. QUZIA cannot control copies made outside the Service. Think carefully before sharing sensitive or identifying information.
7. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Use in-app reporting and blocking tools if you encounter inappropriate behavior or content. We may review reports and relevant account activity, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other proportionate steps to protect users and the Service. We may also preserve information or report suspected unlawful conduct where permitted or required by law.
Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, risk, and prior conduct. Where required by applicable law, we will provide information about a restriction and a way to contest it. Blocking a user may limit future contact but cannot undo information already seen or copied.
If you face immediate danger, contact local emergency services. QUZIA cannot provide emergency assistance.
8. Availability and third-party services
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every match, message, or call will be available at all times. Mobile platforms, networks, and optional third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
Any paid feature, if offered, should be described to you with its price and applicable purchase terms before you buy it. These Terms do not change any non-waivable rights you have under consumer law.
9. Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, QUZIA provides the Service without a guarantee that every user or piece of user-generated content is accurate, safe, or suitable for you. You are responsible for your decisions and interactions with other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Mandatory laws in your country or region may give you additional rights and may govern how a dispute is handled; these Terms do not take those rights away.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, or safety practices. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required. Changes will not apply retroactively where prohibited by law. If you continue using the Service after revised Terms take effect, you accept them; if you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
